1. Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Delivery Coverage: We deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the order dispatch date.

• Shipping Charges: Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout (Free delivery may apply to eligible orders meeting minimum purchase values).

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details to follow your shipment.

4. Damages & Issues during Transit
