1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories—such as perishable foodstuff commodities, opened or consumed goods, and customized or clearance items—cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fidelityfusion.ae with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

3. Return Shipping Process

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item shipped). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
